Okay, I'm down to give him a shot, but knowing that if he does not perform up to the guilds standards he will be removed. There will be a lot of proving he can do it on his part, with all eyes on him.

| i am aware of this but I know that he will improve as he gets the gear. he is using pvp gear after all, :P. if you give him a shot he will make your expectations and strive to do better that is just the kind of guy he is. |

| If he indeed has improved, then he deserves another shot. However, 4k dps in our raids is somewhere around 10th place on boss fights. |

| that is his rogue but you cannot base your knowlege of his play skill from that time as he had just started playing the game and was still figuring stuff out. he has since gotten his game together and is always top 3 dps if not the best in the whacked raids. As i said before he plays his hunter with equal dedication and even with his somewhat questionable gear pulls very close to 4k dps in 25 mans. he is a very good player and i know he will not let you down. |

Frequent raider in WotLK had naxx on farm for about 5 or 6 months now. Been raiding on my hunter sence about May. I realize my gear is lacking very heavily from what you can probably see, but in my old guild the rule for loot was alts over mains so everyone who just got in the guild as a main had priority so i had to pass ALL of the mail loot to other hunters and shamans who wanted it. and my main at the time being my rogue (diemfdie) i had to pass. all of the naxx 25 pieces have been from pugs.

| was his rogue not named diemfdie? If not, i'll retract everything i've said. If, however it is/was, i can guarintee that he was once a member of my previous guild. You were also in Deception as well terrorize. |

| i would also like to add that he very recently had a name change for his hunter from Nonpoint, about a week or two ago. |

| there is no way you could have been his GM he has been in a guild with me since the day he hit 80. it was Dark prophecy at one point, then changed to Apt one zero one, and is now whacked. you much be thinking of a different person because he has been only raiding with our guild with the occasional pug. |

| I was his old gm for 4 months. I brought him to naxx, maly, and os, and he never showed me that he could come anywhere near the other rogues dps wise. Maybe he's changed in the last 2 months, i dont know. i'm just recalling my raiding experiences with him. |

| This is a tough call, I find that 9/10 I go with what Soliar says as she has never given someone the thumbs up that I invited and I was dissappointed. In your case there is no thumbs up, but something is telling me to give you a chance. Maybe we can get you in a 10m Naxx group and see how you do. |

Do you vouch for him then? If so you'd be responsible if his dps isn't up to par with what you just said. |

| i have raided with him on many occasions ana he has always been over 5k dps on his rogue, i have also raided with him on his hunter and even with his gear hes pulling close to 4k. when you say you've seen his dps on his rogue i must have been a long time ago while he was gearing up because he is easily one of the best rogues i have ever seen and he plays his hunter with equal if not beter skill. i dont think you would regret acceping him on either of hi characters. |
