Because I am not going to whine if someone else gets picked and I dont get a chance to raid. If you need me, and I am available, then I am more than happy to assist.
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:
Nothing wrong with wanting to get the best makeup for success. If there is too much ranged dps during a boss that needs more melee, so be it.
We understand sometimes people cannot make it to a raid or will be late. If this were to happen would you know in advance to be able to post it on the forums?:
