glyph of bok only for reduced mana cost if i need to rebuff during a raid or combat.

We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:

I've known this kid since BC and will vouch for his healing skills. All he does is heal. In everything.
I went ahead and added him earlier b/c he msg'd me but I told him to go ahead and throw up an app for the sake of the officers.
Someone needs to promote him beyond Kids rank.

i dont know who gave the go aead for an invite, but if it was up to me it would not have happend looking at all PvP gear. That being said I was gone so I'm guessing the officers had their reasons. I'm hoping to see good things come Tues.
