Glyph of Lesser Healing Wave- its a quick heal that heals for more with earth shield so it can help out a tank healer or myself when nuke healing in a crunch

Glyph of Renewed Life- no more buying ankh
Glyph of Water Shield- provides an extra orb which acually isnt that beneficial since the patch came out

Why should we pick you and not someone else?:
I know/have done most of the bosses in the game. When doing a boss i don't know, i.e. the first time i did yogg, i studied/watched the fight before guildies explained it. I dont wipe raids... period. I'm willing to pass on gear or share with those who need it more or who have been going after a particular piece for a long time. Last, i consider my self to be a good healer.
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:
That's fine and how it has been in every guild i've been in.
We understand sometimes people cannot make it to a raid or will be late. If this were to happen would you know in advance to be able to post it on the forums?:
Yes. I'm in the army so sometimes things come up. But, i would almost always be able to give advance notice if I accepted a raid inv and wasn't able to make it.
