First your gemming. Bad.

Regem all your gear for +16 str MINUS the 2 blue gems it takes to keep your meta activated. Change the blue gems to str/stam. You get more AP from kings when you gem str and not attack power. Kings does nothing for AP.

More Attack Power = More DPS

The next thing is your meta. WTF. Please go buy the 21% crit strike 3% critical dmg increase meta. It's called the Chaotic Skyflare Diamond. They run for like 20-30g.

I'm not to sure about your Crusader Strike Glyph but I'm going to look into it. My recommendation would be Glyph of Consecration.

Fix your gemming then look for me in game. I'll take you on a heroic with me. From that point I'll inform the officers if I recommend you for the Ret DPS spot in this guild.

Unless of course another ret paladin applies between now and the time it takes you to get your shit together... and if they are already properly gemmed and better geared.

Have you applied all of the advice from Joyrock?

What kind of DPS do you put out on XT-002?

On a side note, you need to replace your PvP gear and blue items and any PvP enchants.

i have done everything that joyrock has recommended i do, as for dps on deconstructor. i have not done this fight since 3.2 and i am not sure as to what my dps would be since i have had some gear upgrades. i think i have 2 pieces of pvp gear bracers and a ring...i can already replace those.

hey I'm one of the self-picked DPS leads but either way did you contact any occifers or anything if not contact gesen in game I'll also do what joyrock said and take you on a heroic to see how you do let us also inspect your gear.

Unfortunately for you we do have quite a few Paladins. This means that you would have much competition for gear and even a raid spot.

We are not currently holding open recruitments for Paladins atm so in order for you to be accepted you would need to be at the very least on par with our current Pallies.

Now because I do not want to screw over our Pallies by bringing in yet another one, you would have to be an exceptional player for me to justify bringing you in.

Your application, although not without flaws, is not to bad. Feel free to contact one of our Officers about running a heroic or two so we can see you in action.
