Because I didnt like alchemy and inscription used herbs

Ups damage of my living bomb, and in the patch every crit regens mana
Glyph of Molten Armor -
Increases my crit a lot which is the main stat for ffb spec

I am always prepared for raids, i am very flexible and i think I could be a mature, great addition to the guild.
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:

Couple of things to address here. I don't have a problem with guildies being as young as yourself, but maturity is another factor. You seem to have an open attitude which is good, but as per prior guild applications, would your family intervene with the raiding times?
Secondly, and I may be wrong here, but Frost is a pvp spec...not recommended for pve. The damage from Frost is nothing compared to Arcane, or even Fire.
Finally, the cloak. Hateful? And not even enchanted? Big no no. Any comments?

my parents are cool with me raiding at those times
i recognize my cloaks sorta bad, but im trying to replace that

Tues Wed Thurs are our main raid days. Your'e telling me you can only make 50% of our raids each month. We require new recruits to make 90% of all raids.

I could adjust my schedule if need be, that shouldnt be much of a problem
there are no worthwile minor glyphs to use in pve as my spec

Being able to make only 1/2 of our raids a month and having no minor glyphs we're going to decline your application. When you have more time to raid and feel minor glyphs are important feel free to reapply.

Minor glyphs aren't generally supposed to boost your raid performance; generally they are there as something you might find useful outside of a fight, such as glyph of slow fall, which removes the need of the reagent, and glyphs like arcane brilliance or whatever that reduces the mana cost when buffing.
