The application submitted by Bucknastee is as follows:
Quote: | About your character
Current Realm:
Rivendare
Name:
Bucknastee
Race?:
Orc
Class:
Warrior
Main Spec:
Prot or arms. Little better geared as Prot
Off Spec?:

Are you willing to change your spec to whatever the guild needs?:
Yes
Current/Previous Guild:
N/A Played Alliance
Can you please provide a link to your character in the armory.:
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Rivendare&cn=Bucknastee
Professions and why you chose them.
Profession 1:
Blacksmith; I chose it because they have very good starter gear, and I can make the guild BoE gear once The recipes drop.
Profession 2:
Mining; To gather mats for Blacksmith.
Glyphs and why you chose them.
Major Glyphs:
I chose Revenge and Heroic strike because they go Very well together. Since I used to have threat problems it allowed me to never run out of rage and use more abilities. I chose blocking because my health isn't that high; More Damage and more threat from Shield slam allows Dps to go higher and the mob dies quicker so less strain on the healers.
Minor Glyphs:
Charge. Just that little bit of range helps a ton. Bloodrage. Because my health isn't that high So When I use it in combat, The healers have to work that much less on my health. Thunderclap. Every little bit counts
Raid Experience
What is your raid experience Pre-BC and with what character(s)::
Pre-BC I started late so I got carried through to BWL and got to The Suppression Room before my guild fell apart. As a Priest
What is your raid experience in BC and with what character(s)::
BC we cleared to Illidari Council before Sunwell; later killing Illidan. During Sunwell we had Sunwell up to Muru Pre-nerf and eventually killing KJ. As a Priest
What is your raid experience in WotLK and with what character(s)::
In Wotlk I have had Undying and Immortal achievments. Sarth +3 and 2 ulduar hard modes (Hodir and Deconstructor) As a Priest and DK
Raid Scheduling
What timezone do you play in::
Eastern Standard Time
How many hours do you play per week::
40+
Can u make a 6:30pm - 9:30pm server raid time 4 days a week?:
Yes
Misc:
Age::
23
Do you have a good computer with a stable internet connection?:
Yes
If your game crashed during a raid how long would it take you to log back in?:
45 secs to a minute
Do you have Ventrilo?:
Yes
Do you have a working mic?:
Yes
Any WWS report of you::
No
Why should we pick you and not someone else?:
I am a dedicated player. I am Always competing with people in the raid to make myself the best, but not at the expense of myself dying or someone else in the raid dying. I am always doing something to improve the Raid [make it smoother, more efficient, And as un-monotonous (dunno if that's a word but best way to explain it) as possible]
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:
I am perfectly fine with this. Have been Raiding Endgame seriously for a couple of years now.
We understand sometimes people cannot make it to a raid or will be late. If this were to happen would you know in advance to be able to post it on the forums?:
Yes or via text email hop on vent for a sec/in game mail
Is there anything else you would like to tell us before you submit your application?:
I am married; Newlyweds Have an addiction to coffee. Play Ice Hockey. And Loooovvve to heal; in game of course. I am leveling a druid and a priest because I like both playstyles, but am making horde my main so I have to restart. Back to the main spec question. My gear is not desirable in any way. Yes I am trying to improve and do not expect to get in any raids anytime soon, but if I join your guild it will allow me to gear much faster and help out progression alot quicker than if i was trying to PuG everything. :)

Application is great =) that's the kind i like to see. You have a hefty amount of raid experience; the only problem that i see however is gear. Its severely lacking, so much that you'd have a hard time in heroic naxx. However i dont blame you, and i can see you've been working on it because you hit 80 2 days ago ( ) and with that said your gear is amazing for such a short time focusing on raids or heroics.
I dont believe suffer is raiding the current raids you should be on with your gear at this time, and i dont think we can afford to carry someone through ulduar at this time to get you geared for it. My suggestion is check out some of the lower end guilds for now to get gear, but feel free to come back and re-apply when your gear has gotten better. Dont take this as a final answer though; just my thoughts.
Edit: duh, got the months mixed up. you've been 80 for around a month, which seems more in line with your current gear. However, i leveled this toon of mine to 80, and within 4 weeks my gear was up to hard mode status. I do understand that it's a bit harder for you being a tank.

I agree with Soliar. We have a few new people in the guild that are geared, but learning the latter half of Ulduar fights, so at this time we cannot afford to carry an undergeared tank.
Going to decline your app for now. Get some more gear, make sure its all gem'd and enchanted right and reapply when you're ready.
See you again soon and gl.
