Professions and why you chose them.
Profession 1:
Inscription, I chose it because it provides me with shoulder enchants and glyphs i need, it also gives me gold for repairs, item enhancements and possibly new items i need.
Profession 2:
Herbalism, I chose it because it provides me with the herbs i need for inscription.
Glyphs and why you chose them.
Major Glyphs:
Glyph of Chain Heal, I got it so I can raid heal easier and it takes my healing per second up.
Glyph of Mana Tide, I got it so if i or anyone in my raid runs out of mana it will increase the effect of my Mana Tide Totem.
Glyph of Earth Shield, I got it so it caps off the tank whenever he gets damaged. This plus my riptide makes it easier to keep the tank capped in health.
Minor Glyphs:
Glyph of Water Shield, I got it so my watershield will have 1 extra charge and i will have to recharge my watershield and stop healing less than before.
Glyph of Renewed Life, I got it so I will be prepared for a wipe no matter what.
Glyph of Waterwalking, I got it so I will increase the speed at which i cross water.

I did Zul'Gurub, Onyxia's Layer, and Molten Core on my alliance rogue.

I have done Black Temple and Hellfire Citadel: Magtheridons Layer on Zapatron, and have done Karazhan and Gruul's Lair on my alliance rogue.
What is your raid experience in WotLK and with what character(s)::
I have done every raid except 25 man Ulduar so far on my shaman Zapatron.

Why should we pick you and not someone else?:
Because i am very skilled at using my class and am a very sincere and nice person and will try my best at everything we will have to do.
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:
I would be fine with being swapped if it is necessary for the boss and i will feel ok about it and I will understand.
We understand sometimes people cannot make it to a raid or will be late. If this were to happen would you know in advance to be able to post it on the forums?:
I will definitely know in advance if i was going to be late or absent and will be able to post it on the forums to let everyone know.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us before you submit your application?:

We do have quite a few reso shaman in the guild >.<
I am curious as to why you are leaving Zero Charisma as far as I know they are a very new guild on this server.
Also, did you transfer over with them or join after they got here.
If you Joined after they got here, what guild were you in before them.

I was in the guild Injustice but they were falling apart because alot of people left so i decided to join a different guild so then i joined Zero Charisma. I did not like the officers in this guild however, 2 of the officers and a few other people kept making fun of me for tons of reasons, they kicked me and invited me back 2 times then i decided they were wasting my time and i quit.

In order for us to recruit another resto shaman you would have to be much better than our current ones. It does not look like this is the case yet and we have plenty to begin with.
