re: No Show raid days

Suffer has a strict policy of 90% raid day attendance.
Raid days are any days required to complete TotC & Ulduar 25.
These days are limited to Tues - Thurs and Sun-Mon.
Friday and Saturday will never be required raid days.
If all 25m content is cleared by Thurs then Sun and Mon will be considered off days.
If it is not, then Sun and Mon (if need be) will be required attendance raid days. If Sun or Mon are missed when needed to complete content it will be marked as a "No Show" day if no word was given either on the forums or in-game mail to an Officer ahead of time.
No Show raid days before GKick:
Recruits:
2 NSD's in a row
4 NSD's in 2 weeks
Raiders:
4 NSD's in a row
8 NSD's in 1 month
Core Raiders:
Core Raiders will first be dropped to Raider before GKick.
Reduced to Raider:
4 NSD's in a row
8 NSD's in 1 month
If for any reason a Raider or Core Raider will be gone for a long period of time they must let an Officer know and will be put as inactive untill they come back. Once back, they must make every raid day for 1 week before they can be promoted to their original rank.
