I am a good player with a mature attitude. I will be an asset to your guild as a player and representative. Chicane the mage has informed me of the way suffer plays the game and i think i would make a good addition.
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:

We understand sometimes people cannot make it to a raid or will be late. If this were to happen would you know in advance to be able to post it on the forums?:
I am self employed with no fixed work schedule. Obviously work has to come first, but I will not commit to a raid and not show up without prior notice.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us before you submit your application?:
Scheduling is hard for me to commit a fixed x per month because of work. sometimes it will be everyday and sometimes not so much. I would like to visit with an officer before a decision is made. I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

Please keep in mind these comments are not the only things wrong with this app, but just to name a few.
Major Glyphs:
So I think we can all assume your major glyphs are for destro dps seeing as how you're desto spec'd and dps is really the only thing a warlock can do. This answer however does not tell us why you chose those specific ones.
Minor Glyphs:
From this answer it looks like you only have one minor glyph, which in fact you have 2, Unending Breath and Drain Soul. I don't know about you but neither one would be shortend to ss, UB and DS maybe. I'm guessing ss is for the soul shard you get from the Drain Soul Glyph, or perhaps the swim speed increase you get from Unending Breath. No matter which one, simply saying ss is telling us nothing.
Putting every bit of that asside, you only have 2 minors. Again even putting that asside you did not give any reason why you chose the 2 you have.
Some of these questions might seem to have obvious answers, and in all honesty we don't care what you put for some of them, as long as they are answered fully. This shows us that you can follow simple instructions. I think a simple instruction is to state what glyphs you have and why you chose them.
Now the real question for us, is this an example of how you will follow instuctions during a raid?
Banish star and make sure your Imp is on passive.
From the way you answered your application questions I would expect star to be Banished as asked but only after your Imp throws a fireball at one of the mobs because you left him on defensive, causing the entire pull to be sloppy because you only followed 1/2 the instructions givin to you.
Now I ask you...
Would you rather have a well geared player who only does 1/2 of what is asked of him, or a less geared player who does exactly what is asked.
