Glyphs
Major Glyphs and why you chose them over others.:
Glyph of Beacon of Light,very helpful for fights when we have 2 tanks taking a lot of demage
Glyph of Holy Light,heals nearby players,making the job a little easier for the other healers
Glyph of Flash of Light,can save a player with a crit,wich can make the whole difference in a fight with a good dps,tank or even a healer dead.
Minor Glyphs and why you chose them over others.:
I'm not using any at the moment.

Why should we pick you and not someone else?:
Well,i think i have a lot to learn about my class(paladin),but i already can do a great job,and i'll always help people's alt when needed,will help getting mats, and will always do my best to make the raid times. Also i can provide food for guild,can take care about fish feasts for raids and will do my best to help the whole guild.
We have more than 25 raiders in the guild and from time to time need to swap people out depending on the boss. How would you feel about that?:

First off thank you for applying, but we are full up on Paladins right now.
Also we are looking for someone with a ton of experience in raiding. Not knowing Ulduar fights is unacceptable. It is understandable that some people have never been to Gen Vez or Yogg before, but we do expect them to read up on the fights and know the content because it is "old content" now that ToC is open.
Also raiding for 2 months now and having no glyphs and professions not maxed out is unacceptable.
If you honestly want to be in a progression raiding guild then I would suggest you get your professions maxed out, get some glyphs and read up on every fight in every raid in Northrend. Not to mention knowing the ins and outs of your class. Become an expert at your class and fight mechanics.
