glyph of shadow, shadow word: pain and inner fire. They increased dps and inner fire gives me more armor to not get 1 shotted.

levitate, shadow protection, and shadowfiend. Mostly just the best minor glyphs i could get except shadowfiend benefits for mana after it dies.

I must say your app is a very confusing one.
One of the big things is your gear, which is all Holy, yet you're Shadow spec'd which needs some tweaking of its own, as well as [Glyph of Inner Fire]  which isn't needed in either spec. So we'll just go right down the line here:

But, in the gear you have now you have absolutely no hit rating so you would be no use to us to bring in a raid to get the gear you need. Now if you had some hit just not capped we could work with you on that, but none. Of course you are spec'd to get the 3%, but you gotta be able to hit the boss to even get that. Now completely forgetting shadow and looking at your gear as holy, you still have a Kara trinket. The egg is an excellent trinket and very cheap. There is no reason why you wouldn't have that at the very least.

I guess the Spec part didn't apply to you, and you answered as if we only asked Class.
I'm assuming you are willing to go Shadow to get into this guild and have not played as Shadow any time recently, because if you had, you would not have spent about 90 Triumph badges to get 2 pieces of holy gear. I'm gald you're willing to go shadow for us, but having no gear for it will keep you in our 10m groups instead of 25m groups for a while untill you get the gear you need.
Spec:
It is not often then you see a 11/0/60 spec in anything, and that is because those points can be better spent somewhere else. It looks like your current spec would do very well for a 25m ToC Faction Champions fight which is great, but any other fight it would fall short of it's full potential.
Lets start with Shadow Affinity, great for Fraction Champs, not so great anywhere else. With no hit there is no way you can pull threat off a tank to need the 25% shadow threat reduction. Other than Faction Champs there is almost no other time anything will dispell your Shadow Word: Pain or Vampiric Touch spells so you will never get 15% of your base mana back from that. Needless to say even 1 point in this is basically useless. 3 points can be put somewhere else.
Psychic Horror, great for Faction Champs, not so great anywhere else. Having a mob tremble in horror for 3 secs is nice but will never ever be used on a boss and the cc simply doesn't compair with a sheep hex or banish so will never be used on trash. Also they drop thier main hand or ranged weapon for 10 sec... same shit, never on a boss and there is much better cc with other classes for this to ever be used. More of a pvp thing. 1 point can be spent somewhere else.
Giving you a total of 4 points free.
Veiled Shadows, is great. Now as of yet with no hit you wont worry about fading anytime soon, but when your gear is up to par then fade is all you need to drop threat. Now the truely great thing I think Shadow Priests have that I frickin want is to reduce the cooldown of your Shadow Fiend which is where these points shine. Without the right gear you should be spamming the hell out of everything you can to get the most dps possible to keep up with my guys so I see this as being invaluable to you. 2 points that SHOULD be spent.
Meditation. Now a ton of fights are pure dps races and enven if the whole fight is not, they love to top it off with a portion being a dps race. Which mean spam spam spam spam spam everything you got and crank out those numbers. Not having to worry about mana during that is te best thing ever. With a crap ton of regen and a Shadow Fiend on a resonable cd you're set. You last 2 points can be put here.
4 Points spent to give you a 13/0/58 build.
Glyphs:
As stated before Glyph of Inner Fire... not so much. Specing into Improved Inner Fire is all you need, this is just over kill that is taking up the space a more usefull Glyph can be used. Mind Flay is one of those Glyphs.
Glyph of Shadow Protection. Not a terrible Glyph and overall minors don't really help out that much anyway. It really doesn't matter and you can keep it if you find it usefull, but I find that SP isn't used in enough fights to warrent it, but Glyph of Fortitude would mainly be used by the Holy/Disc Priests, so this Glyph would just be used when you're helping buff the raid when the Holy/Disc priests are out of candles... so yeah not to bad, no real reason to change it but just something to think about.
Now I know I've been rambling on here and the Spec/Glyph things are easy fixes and not too much to freak out about.
The gear is the big thing, not because you don't have it, but because our 10m raid days you can only make 2x per month, so not much chance you'd even be around to get the gear you need. Plus one of our main raid days (wed), you don't know if you could even make it.
